General advisory;
Situation at the border districts is critical
Avoid large gatherings or crowd.
Avoid moving out in the open.
Residents in tall buildings to stay very alert. In case they hear the sirens, they shall immediately follow the directions.
Avoid Malls and high rise commercial buildings, in case not necessary.
