Deputy Commissioner issues directions to officials for smooth paddy procurement

 *Paddy procurement to begin at three mandis in Panchkula district from October 1*

 Panchkula, September 8: A meeting was held at the Mini Secretariat  under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Sh. Satpal Sharma to review preparations for the smooth conduct of the Kharif Procurement Season (KPS) 2026-27. During the meeting, preparations being made by various departments and procurement agencies for the procurement of paddy and other food grains were reviewed, and necessary directions were issued to the concerned officials.

 Procurement of paddy and other food grains for the Kharif Procurement Season 2026-27 is scheduled to commence on October 1, 2026. 

 In Panchkula district, procurement at the Panchkula, Barwala, and Raipurrani mandis will be carried out by state procurement agencies, including HAFED and the Haryana Warehousing Corporation. The Haryana Government has fixed the Minimum Support Price (MSP) at  Rs 2,461 per quintal for Grade-A paddy and Rs 2,441 per quintal for Common paddy.

 The Deputy Commissioner directed the secretaries and officials of the respective market committees to ensure the adequate availability of all basic amenities for farmers at the mandis, including drinking water, MSP display boards, toilets, and biometric weighing systems. He emphasized that there should be no shortcomings in the arrangements made for the convenience of farmers.

 He directed all procurement agencies to complete the necessary preparations well before the commencement of procurement and to assign duties to all buyers and procurement personnel in a timely manner. He also directed transporters to complete all required formalities and live portal-related procedures within the stipulated timeframe so that there are no hurdles in the lifting of procured crops.

 The Deputy Commissioner further directed millers to register promptly and complete all registration and agreement formalities with the concerned procurement agencies within the prescribed timeframe. He said that timely completion of all necessary formalities would ensure the smooth commencement of paddy procurement from October 1.

 He also directed officials to ensure the availability of an adequate number of moisture meters at every mandi  for accurate and transparent testing of moisture levels in paddy. The concerned officials were directed to ensure that there is no delay in making payments to farmers after procurement of their crops.

 The Deputy Commissioner reiterated that farmers should not face any difficulty during the procurement process. He directed all concerned departments and procurement agencies to work in close coordination to ensure that the procurement process is carried out in a smooth, transparent, and organized manner.

 The meeting was attended by Panchkula SDM Smt Mannat Rana, District Food and Supplies Controller (DFSC) Sh Jatin Mittal, Barwala Market Committee Chairman Sh Deshraj Poswal, District Managers of HAFED and the Haryana Warehousing Corporation, representatives of the Food Corporation of India (FCI), the Lead District Manager (LDM), millers, transporters, secretaries and chairpersons of market committees, the District Mandi Enforcement Officer (DMEO), and representatives of the Arhtiya  association.

Launch of a five-day residential training program for ATL teachers in Haryana

Panchkula, August 18 

A five-day residential training programme for teachers associated with Atal Tinkering Labs (ATLs) in Haryana was inaugurated  at the National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Sector-26, Chandigarh.

The inaugural session was graced by Sh. Vijay Singh Dahiya, Principal Secretary, School Education, Haryana, as the Chief Guest. Sh. Bhola Ram Gurjar, Director, NITTTR, and Sh. Swapnil Ravindra Patil were also present on the occasion.

The training programme is being organised for 40 teachers from schools having Atal Tinkering Labs with the objective of strengthening their professional and practical competencies in emerging areas of Science, Technology and Innovation. The five-day residential training programme is being conducted upto 21 August 2026.

Addressing the participants, Sh. Vijay Singh Dahiya, Principal Secretary, School Education, Haryana, highlighted the importance of preparing teachers to meet the changing needs of school education in the era of technology and innovation. He emphasised that Atal Tinkering Labs should not remain limited to infrastructure and equipment, but should become active centres of creativity, experimentation, problem-solving and innovation for students.

The training provides teachers with hands-on exposure to areas including Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Coding and Computational Thinking, Astronomy, emerging technologies, innovation-based learning and effective utilisation of Atal Tinkering Lab facilities. The programme is designed to enable teachers to guide students in developing innovative ideas, undertaking projects, creating prototypes and participating in scientific and technological activities.

Speaking on the occasion, Sh. Bhola Ram Gurjar, Director, NITTTR, welcomed the participants and emphasised the importance of practical and experiential approaches in technology education. He highlighted the role of teachers as facilitators who can encourage students to explore, experiment and develop solutions to real-life problems.

Sh. Swapnil Ravindra Patil also addressed the participating teachers and encouraged them to make effective use of the training and subsequently share the knowledge and skills acquired with students and fellow teachers in their respective schools.

The programme is part of the State's efforts to strengthen 21st-century skills, STEM education, innovation and technology-enabled learning in Government schools. Through capacity building of teachers, the initiative seeks to create a stronger ecosystem for nurturing scientific temper, creativity and problem-solving skills among students.

The participating teachers will be expected to effectively utilise the knowledge and practical skills gained during the training in their respective Atal Tinkering Labs and encourage students to take up innovative, project-based and experiential learning activities. The initiative is expected to further strengthen the culture of innovation and technology-enabled learning across Government schools of Haryana.

पंचकूला 17 अगस्त:    हर घर तिरंगा अभियान-2026 के अंतर्गत आज सहकारिता विभाग, हरियाणा द्वारा सैक्टर-2 पंचकूला स्थित सहकारिता मुख्यालय से भव्य तिरंगा यात्रा का आयोजन किया गया।    

     प्रातः 11:00 बजे आयोजित इस राष्ट्रभक्ति से ओतप्रोत कार्यक्रम में हरियाणा के सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ. अरविंद कुमार शर्मा ने मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में शिरकत की और तिरंगा यात्रा को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। तिरंगा यात्रा में सहकारिता विभाग एवं प्रदेश की विभिन्न सहकारी संस्थाओं के 500 से अधिक अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों ने हाथों में तिरंगा लेकर पूरे उत्साह और जोश के साथ भाग लिया। भारत माता के जयघोष और देशभक्ति की भावना से सराबोर इस यात्रा ने सहकारिता परिवार की राष्ट्र के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता का संदेश दिया।

सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ. अरविंद कुमार शर्मा ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि तिरंगा भारत की आन, बान और शान का प्रतीक है। इसमें देश की एकता, अखंडता, त्याग, वीरता और करोड़ों देशवासियों की भावनाएं समाहित हैं। हर घर तिरंगा अभियान प्रत्येक भारतीय को राष्ट्र के प्रति अपने गौरव और जिम्मेदारी को व्यक्त करने का अवसर प्रदान करता है।

उन्होंने कहा कि सहकारिता और राष्ट्रनिर्माण की भावना एक-दूसरे से जुड़ी हुई हैं। जिस प्रकार तिरंगा देश की एकता का प्रतीक है, उसी प्रकार सहकारिता भी ‘एकता में शक्ति’ के सिद्धांत पर आधारित है। जब किसान, श्रमिक, महिलाएं और समाज के विभिन्न वर्ग एकजुट होकर सामूहिक रूप से आगे बढ़ते हैं, तो आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक विकास की गति कई गुना बढ़ जाती है। 

उन्होनें कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी और केंद्रीय सहकारिता मंत्री श्री अमित शाह  के नेतृत्व तथा मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह सैनी के मार्गदर्शन में देश और प्रदेश में सहकारिता आंदोलन को नई मजबूती मिली है। सहकारिता क्षेत्र को आधुनिक, पारदर्शी और जन-केंद्रित बनाते हुए इसे ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था तथा आमजन की आर्थिक मजबूती का महत्वपूर्ण आधार बनाया जा रहा है। हरियाणा में सहकारिता विभाग और सहकारी संस्थाएं किसानों, ग्रामीणों, महिलाओं, युवाओं तथा समाज के विभिन्न वर्गों को आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाने के लिए निरंतर कार्य कर रही हैं। पैक्स के माध्यम से महिलाओं को नई जिम्मेदारियां और अवसर प्रदान किए जा रहे हैं, जिससे सहकारिता के क्षेत्र में महिला शक्ति की भागीदारी और अधिक मजबूत हो रही है।

 आज निकाली गई तिरंगा यात्रा केवल राष्ट्रभक्ति का प्रदर्शन नहीं, बल्कि सहकारिता के माध्यम से एकजुट होकर प्रदेश और देश के विकास में योगदान देने का संकल्प है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों का आह्वान किया कि वे सहकारिता की योजनाओं और सेवाओं का लाभ समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाने के लिए पूरी निष्ठा एवं समर्पण के साथ कार्य करें।

सहकारिता मंत्री ने तिरंगा यात्रा में उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लेने वाली सभी महिला अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को तीज तथा रक्षाबंधन के पावन पर्व की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं प्रेषित कीं। उन्होंने कहा कि तीज और रक्षाबंधन जैसे पर्व हमारी समृद्ध भारतीय संस्कृति, पारिवारिक मूल्यों, भाई-बहन के स्नेह तथा सामाजिक सौहार्द की भावना को मजबूत करते हैं।

डॉ. ढाका ने कहा कि विभाग द्वारा प्रदेश के हर कोने और गांव-गांव तक पहुंचकर लोगों को सहकारिता से जोड़ने का कार्य किया जा रहा है। लोगों को सहकारी संस्थाओं की भूमिका, उनके लाभ तथा सरकार द्वारा संचालित जनहितकारी सहकारी योजनाओं के बारे में जागरूक किया जा रहा है, ताकि अधिक से अधिक लोग सहकारिता आंदोलन का हिस्सा बनकर आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त हो सकें। विभाग का प्रयास है कि सहकारिता का लाभ समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचे और हरियाणा में सहकारिता आंदोलन को और अधिक मजबूत एवं व्यापक बनाया जाए।

पूरे आयोजन में देशभक्ति के नारों से वातावरण गूंज उठा। तिरंगा यात्रा के माध्यम से सहकारिता विभाग ने राष्ट्रप्रेम, एकता, भाईचारे और सामूहिक विकास का संदेश देते हुए यह संकल्प दोहराया कि सहकारिता के माध्यम से हरियाणा को आर्थिक रूप से और अधिक सशक्त बनाने तथा विकसित भारत के निर्माण में अपना महत्वपूर्ण योगदान देने के लिए विभाग पूरी प्रतिबद्धता के साथ कार्य करता रहेगा ।

 उपायुक्त श्री सतपाल शर्मा ने बताया कि जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आयोजित किए जा रहे समाधान शिविरों में जिला के लोगों की समस्याओं का सभी अधिकारी टीम के रूप में कार्य कर जल्द से जल्द समाधान कर रहे हैं। 

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने लोगों की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान करने के उद्देश्य से  समाधान शिविरों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। जिले में सोमवार व वीरवार को कार्यदिवस के दिन प्रातः 10 से 12 बजे तक समाधान शिविर का आयोजन लगातार किया जा रहा है। उन्होने बताया कि समाधान शिविर में लोगों की समस्याओं की मुख्यमंत्री स्वयं मानिटरिंग करते हैं और समाधान शिविर से  जुडते भी हैं। उन्होंने सभी अधिकारियों को गंभीरता से लोगों की समस्याओं का समाधान करने के निर्देश दिए।

उपायुक्त ने जिलावासियों से समाधान शिविर में आकर अपनी समस्याएं रखकर उनका जल्द से जल्द समाधान करवाने की अपील की ।

Panchkula , June 12- Haryana Chief Minister,  Nayab Singh Saini said that the political party which ruled the country for 55 years did not strengthen India as it should have. He said that the Congress party only misled the nation and its era of falsehoods is now over. He added that under the leadership of Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi, India has been strengthened and the country has rapidly transformed through 12 years of governance focused on service and good governance. Rural areas have changed, cities have transformed, and the nation’s overall development has progressed. He asserted that Prime Minister,  Sh. Narendra Modi will continue to serve as the ‘Pradhan Sevak’ of the country for a fourth term in 2029 as well.

 

The Chief Minister was addressing a press conference on Friday at Panchkamal in Panchkula on the completion of 12 years of Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi’s tenure. On this occasion, Agriculture and Farmers’  Welfare  Minister,  Sh. Shyam Singh Rana, BJP State President, Dr. Archana Gupta, MLA Kalka, Smt. Shakti Rani Sharma, Mayor, Sh. Shyam Lal Bansal, BJP Vice President, Smt. Banto Kataria, District Incharge Sh. Ravi Batan, Chief Minister’s Media Advisor, Sh. Rajiv Jaitley and Media Secretary Shri Parveen Atreya were also present.

 

Addressing the media,  Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that under Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi’s leadership, the people of India have witnessed transformation across all sectors. While every Prime Minister has worked with their own intent and vision, Prime Minister’s historic tenure has brought India a new global identity. He said that Sh. Narendra Modi has already set the record of being the longest-serving elected Prime Minister in India’s history.

 

The Chief Minister extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the Prime Minister on behalf of himself and on behalf of people of Haryana, praising his leadership for establishing India among the world’s major powers over the past 12 years. He said that under the Prime Minister’s dynamic leadership, India’s voice is strongly heard on global platforms such as G20, BRICS, SCO, and the United Nations, where the country is playing a decisive role. He highlighted the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A in Jammu and Kashmir as a realization of the dream of an integrated India from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. He further said that during Operation Sindoor in May 2025, the world witnessed India’s indigenous technological and defence capabilities, while Operation Mahadev ensured that the perpetrators of the Pahalgam attack were brought to justice.

 

 

He said that due to strong and decisive decisions of the Prime Minister led  central government, the dream of a Naxal-free India is progressing rapidly, and internal security has been strengthened through a strong crackdown on terrorism. Under Sh. Narendra Modi’s leadership, landmark steps such as surgical strikes, air strikes, One Rank One Pension, Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao, and the CAA have been implemented. He added that achievements such as Chandrayaan-3, Aditya-L1 mission, and preparations for the Gaganyaan mission reflect India’s scientific capability and technological confidence.

 

 

*Economic Growth, Digital Revolution and Youth Empowerment*

 

 

The Chief Minister said that India has made unprecedented progress in the economic sector. In 2014, India was the 11th largest economy, whereas today it is rapidly moving towards becoming the fourth largest economy in the world. Despite global pandemic, wars, economic slowdown, and supply chain disruptions, India remains the fastest-growing major economy.

 

 

Under the PM SVANidhi scheme, more than 74 lakh street vendors have received financial support. One of the biggest achievements of the Prime Minister’s  12-year tenure is the digital revolution. Through UPI, India is leading the world in digital payments, accounting for nearly 56 percent of global digital transactions. Through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), more than Rs. 51 lakh crore has been directly transferred to beneficiaries’ accounts, significantly reducing corruption and eliminating middlemen.

 

 

Schemes such as Startup India, Skill India, Digital India, and Make in India have empowered youth. From negligible startups in 2014, India now has more than 2.2 lakh startups and has become the world’s third-largest startup ecosystem. Youth from small towns and villages are setting new global benchmarks in innovation and entrepreneurship. Under the Mudra Yojana, more than Rs. 40 lakh crore in loans have been disbursed to small and medium entrepreneurs, with 75 percent of beneficiaries being women.

 

 

*Sports, Skill Development, Research and Health Achievements*

 

 

The Chief Minister said India has achieved new heights in sports. A total of 1,045 Khelo India Centres and 34 Khelo India State Centres of Excellence have been established across the country. More than 10,000 Atal Tinkering Labs have been set up to promote innovation and scientific thinking among 1.1 crore students.

 

 

Under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, free vocational training in over 200 courses including IT, health, fashion, and agriculture is being provided in government schools. More than 1,200 vocational labs have been set up in 600 rural schools. Through job fairs, over 12 lakh appointment letters have been issued in a transparent manner.

 

 

Over 63,000 athletes have participated in Khelo India Games, and under the TOPS scheme, 300 athletes are receiving world-class training. As a result, India won a record 107 medals in the Asian Games 2022. Under the National Sports Policy 2025, preparations are underway for hosting the 2036 Olympics.

 

 

The number of medical colleges in India has increased to 842. MBBS seats have increased to 1,28,976 and PG seats to 85,822.

 

 

*Women Empowerment at the Core of Development*

 

 

The Chief Minister said women empowerment has been placed at the center of governance. The Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, ensuring 33 percent reservation for women in Parliament and State Assemblies, is a historic step. Women are being provided skill development opportunities and self-help groups are being strengthened.

 

 

Under the ‘Lakhpati Didi’ campaign, more than 3 crore women are being made financially independent, with a target of 3 crore more by 2030. Under PM Matru Vandana Yojana, more than 7.3 crore pregnant and lactating women have received over Rs. 20,000 crore in assistance.

 

 

Increasing participation of women in the armed forces, Sainik Schools, and NDA reflects empowerment. More than 14 lakh Anganwadi centres are serving nearly 9 crore beneficiaries with digital monitoring. HPV vaccination is being provided free of cost to adolescent girls for cervical cancer prevention.

 

 

Under the Jan Dhan Yojana, over 32 crore women bank accounts have been opened, while 4.5 crore accounts have been opened under Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana. Among 3 lakh recognised startups, 48 percent are led by women.

 

 

*Agriculture, Farmers’ Welfare and Rural Economy*

 

 

The Chief Minister said agriculture has witnessed historic transformation. Under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, farmers receive Rs. 6,000 annually, and Rs. 4.3 lakh crore has been transferred so far. Under PM Fasal Bima Yojana, over 4.2 crore farmers have benefited.

 

 

Natural farming and modern technology are being promoted. E-NAM has recorded agricultural trade worth over Rs. 5 lakh crore, connecting 1,656 mandis and 1.8 crore farmers. About 8 crore farmers are benefiting from Kisan Credit Cards. India has entered the top 10 agricultural exporters due to recognition of millets (Shri Anna).

 

 

Fish production has increased from 95 lakh tonnes (2014–15) to nearly 2 crore tonnes. Honey production and export have increased under the National Beekeeping Mission. Over 48 lakh agriculture infrastructure projects have been approved. More than 11,000 agri-startups are working in the sector.

 

*Infrastructure and Connectivity Revolution*

 

The Chief Minister said India has witnessed unprecedented infrastructure development in highways, expressways, railways, airports, and ports. Iconic projects such as Atal Tunnel, Pamban Bridge, Atal Setu, Sudarshan Setu, and Bogibeel Bridge have been completed.

 

 

Kashmir has been connected to the rest of India through the Chenab Bridge, the world’s highest railway bridge. Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh have been connected to rail networks for the first time, and Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh have received air connectivity.

 

 

National highway length has increased to over 16,200 km. The metro network has grown from 248 km (2014) to over 1,155 km, expanding from 5 to 26 cities. Rajpath has been transformed into Kartavya Path, and the Indian Navy flag has been redesigned inspired by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Three new criminal laws have replaced colonial-era laws.

 

*Major Development Projects in Haryana under PM Modi*

 

The Chief Minister said Haryana has a special bond with PM Modi, who has visited the state 17 times as Prime Minister and given multiple projects. Haryana now has 1,390 km of 22 national highways connecting every district.

 

 

Key projects include, Maharana Pratap Horticulture University in Uchani (Rs.700 crore, 65 acres), Rithala–Kundli Metro Corridor (Rs. 6,230 crore, 26 km), ESIC Medical College expansion in Faridabad (Rs. 625 crore, 500 beds), 800 MW third unit at Yamunanagar Thermal Plant (Rs.8,469 crore), Gobar-Dhan plant in Yamunanagar (Rs. 90 crore), Rewari Bypass (Rs.1,069 crore), Hisar Airport terminal and air services to Ayodhya, Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, with upcoming Jammu and Ahmedabad flights, Panchjanya monument in Kurukshetra inaugurated on November 25, 2025.

 

*Strong Welfare and Social Security in Haryana*

 

 

The Chief Minister said  that under Ayushman Bharat-Chirayu, over 27 lakh beneficiaries received Rs. 4,148 crore free treatment. Free dialysis services have started. 1.57 crore people receive free ration under PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana. 1.56 lakh families got houses under PM Awas Yojana. Rs. 5,337 crore has been given under labour welfare schemes. 87,660 homes are connected under the PM Surya Ghar scheme. Scheduled Castes have been given reservation rights. Social pension increased from Rs. 1,000 (2014) to Rs. 3,200. OBC creamy layer limit raised to Rs. 8 lakh. Minimum wages increased by 35 percent to Rs. 19,425 per month.

 

 

*Housing, Employment and Social Welfare*

 

 The Chief Minister further informed that under urban housing schemes, 15,256 plots and 4,211 flats were provided. Under rural housing, 12,561 plots were allotted. 1.8 lakh government jobs have been provided in 11.5 years. Haryana Skill Employment Corporation provided job security to 1.2 lakh youth.

 

 

Schemes like Ayodhya Ram Lalla pilgrimage, Maha Kumbh visits, Nanded Sahib and Somnath pilgrimages were arranged for the poor. Under Dayalu Yojana, 74,245 families received Rs. 2,800 crore assistance. Rs. 71,000 marriage assistance is provided for poor girls. Over 10,000 startups have been established in Haryana and 1.58 lakh youth have received skill training.

 

*Agriculture, Women, Youth and Infrastructure in Haryana*

 

The Chief minister said that Haryana remains a leader in sports, contributing over two-thirds of India’s medals. The state has 16 Khelo India Centres and one State Centre of Excellence in Panchkula. 441 Atal Tinkering Labs are training around 1 lakh students. 25,962 Anganwadi centres serve nearly 12 lakh beneficiaries. He said that an amount of Rs. 50,085 crore Mudra loans have been given without collateral. Families of Agniveers receive Rs. 1 crore assistance in case of martyrdom.

 

 

Furthermore, farmers received Rs.  9,888 crore under crop insurance and Rs.  7,562.47 crore under PM Kisan. MSP procurement covers all 24 crops in Haryana. Rs.  1.85 lakh crore has been directly transferred for crop purchases.

 

Rs.  16,160 crore compensation has been given for crop losses. 1.93 lakh solar tubewells installed under PM Kusum Yojana. The entire state is covered under Lal Dora-free scheme. Mhara Gaon–Jagmag Gaon scheme provides 24-hour electricity in 6,038 villages.

 

 

*Women Empowerment and Social Security in Haryana*

 

 The Chief Minister said that under Lado Lakshmi Yojana, Rs.  2,100 per month is given; 9.89 lakh women have received Rs.  1,623 crore. LPG at Rs.  500 has benefited 14.42 lakh women, with ₹302 crore transferred. 15 lakh women received free LPG connections under Ujjwala Yojana. 67,641 SHGs are active, and 2.48 lakh women have become Lakhpati Didis. 82 colleges were opened for girls; 31 are exclusively for women. Free postgraduate education is provided.

 

*Infrastructure Growth in Haryana*

 

The Chief Minister said that 31 lakh rural homes have tap water under Jal Jeevan Mission. Rs.  3 lakh crore industrial investment has come to the state. Hydrogen train trial conducted between Jind and Sonipat. The national highway network increased to 3,414 km. The metro network expanded from 12.15 km (2014) to 28.45 km and now covers 4 cities. Hisar airport connects Ayodhya, Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur. Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor approved. KMP and KGP expressways have improved connectivity and reduced Delhi traffic congestion.

 

*Vision for Developed India 2047*

 

The Chief Minister said India has entered Amrit Kaal with the goal of Developed India 2047, a national resolve of 140 crore citizens. He said a developed India means a poverty-free, technologically empowered, environmentally sensitive, and opportunity-rich nation.

 

 

He said the 12-year journey of the Modi government proves that with clear leadership, strong intent, effective policy, and national interest at the core, even impossible goals can be achieved. This is the story of a new India and the foundation of a developed future.

एसडीएम श्री चंद्रकांत कटारिया ने बताया कि उपायुक्त श्री सतपाल शर्मा के मार्गदर्शन व नेतृत्व में भारत सरकार के महत्वाकांक्षी प्रोजेक्ट डिजिटल क्रॉप सर्वे (DCS) का कार्य जिला पंचकूला में तीव्र गति से किया जा रहा है।  जिला पंचकूला वर्तमान में डिजिटल क्रॉप सर्वे के कार्य में राज्य भर में छठे स्थान पर है।डिजिटल क्रॉप सर्वे का कार्य तेजी से किया जा रहा है। 

एसडीएम श्री चंद्रकांत कटारिया ने आज पंचकूला तहसील के गांव कोट, बिला व अन्य गांवों का फील्ड में जाकर कार्य की प्रगति का निरीक्षण किया ताकि निर्धारित समयावधि में कार्य को पूर्ण किया जा सके।

उन्होंने बताया कि जिला राजस्व अधिकारी के माध्यम से कार्य की निरंतर समीक्षा एवं मॉनिटरिंग की जा रही है। 

एसडीएम श्री कटारिया ने बताया कि डिजिटल क्रॉप सर्वे के सफल क्रियान्वयन से किसानों को विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ समय पर एवं पारदर्शी तरीके से मिल सकेगा। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा इस कार्य की नियमित रूप से समीक्षा की जा रही है और जिला पंचकूला को राज्य में शीर्ष स्थानों में लाने के लिए निरंतर प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।

Panchkula, March 21: Haryana Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, accompanied by his wife Smt. Sonia paid obeisance at the historic Mata Mansa Devi Temple in Panchkula, on the third day of Chaitra Navratri and seek the blessings of the Goddess.

 The Chief Secretary also participated in the Havan-Yajna at the Yagyashala in the temple complex and offered oblations into the holy fire amidst the chanting of Vedic mantras, praying for peace, prosperity, and well-being.

Earlier, he conveyed a message of environmental conservation by planting a sapling within the temple premises.

Panchkula, March 21:

 The Municipal Corporation, Panchkula, is carrying out a sustained and intensive campaign against single-use polythene. Under the directives of Commissioner Sh Vinay Kumar, enforcement actions against polythene use have been consistently strengthened across the city, reinforcing efforts toward cleanliness and environmental protection.

As part of this ongoing campaign, sanitation teams led by Joint Commissioner Smt Simranjit Kaur and Chief Sanitation Inspector Sh Anil Nain are conducting regular inspections across various markets and localities. The teams are also carrying out undercover checks by posing as customers to curb the illegal use and sale of polythene.

During recent enforcement drives, inspections were conducted at multiple locations including Sectors 6, 7, 9, 14, 16, 17, 20, and Kisan Mandi resulting in the issuance of 37 challans (fines) totaling approximately Rs 28,000. Fines ranging from Rs 500 to Rs 3,000 were imposed in various cases. Additionally, around 80 kilograms of single-use polythene were seized, with a significant quantity recovered during a targeted operation at a shop in Sector 9.

During the inspections, it was also observed at several locations that some shopkeepers abandoned their polythene stocks and fled upon spotting the Corporation team. In such cases, efforts are underway to identify the individuals involved and take action against them in accordance with the law.

The Municipal Corporation, Panchkula, has reiterated that the campaign against single-use polythene will continue, with strict action taken against all violators. The Municipal Administration urges all citizens and traders to stop using polythene and actively support efforts toward environmental conservation.

पंचकूला, 29 अगस्त - उपायुक्त मोनिका गुप्ता ने बताया कि प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा डॉ. अंबेडकर मेधावी छात्र संशोधित योजना के अंतर्गत वर्ष 2025-26 के ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 31 जनवरी 2026 तक है। योजना के तहत अनुसूचित जाति एवं पिछड़े वर्ग, विमुक्त जाति, घुमंतु एवं अर्ध घुमंतू जाति तथा टपरीवास जाति के छात्रों को छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान करने के लिए 31 जनवरी 2026 तक आवेदन पत्र पोर्टल https://saralharyana.gov.in   पर ऑनलाइन कर सकते हैं।

         इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए जिला कल्याण अधिकारी विशाल बंसल ने बताया कि आवेदन करने वाले प्रार्थी की वार्षिक पारिवारिक आय 4 लाख रूपए  से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने बताया कि इस योजना के अंतर्गत पात्र छात्र व छात्राओं का शैक्षणिक स्तर उंचा उठाने तथा उनमें प्रतिस्पर्धा की भावना उत्पन्न करने के लिए विद्यार्थियों को विभिन्न कोर्स में 8000 रुपए से 12000 रूपए तक प्रोत्साहन राशि प्रदान की जाती है।

        उन्होंने बताया कि इस योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए आवेदनकर्ता हरियाणा का स्थाई निवासी होना चाहिए तथा उसने अगली कक्षा में प्रवेश लिया हो और उनके परिवार की वार्षिक आय 4 लाख रूपए से कम हो। उन्होंने बताया कि पात्रता मानदंड और योजना के अन्य विवरण विभाग की वेबसाईट www.haryanascbc.gov.in पर देखे जा सकते हैं। किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या या जानकारी के लिए हेल्पलाइन नंबर 0172-2583378 एवं जिला कल्याण अधिकारी कार्यालय में संपर्क किया जा सकता है।

  जिला कल्याण अधिकारी ने बताया कि डा. अंबेडकर मेधावी छात्र संशोधित योजना के अंतर्गत अनुसूचित जाति, विमुक्त जाति, घुमंतु, अर्ध घुमंतु जाति एवं टपरीवास जाति के 10वीं कक्षा में उतीर्ण छात्र के लिए शहरी क्षेत्र में 70 प्रतिशत अंक तथा ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में 60 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है। कक्षा 11वीं तथा सभी डिप्लोमा/सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स के प्रथम वर्ष में पढने वाले छात्रों को 8 हजार रुपए की वार्षिक छात्रवृति प्रदान की जाएगी। इसी प्रकार कक्षा 12वीं में उत्तीर्ण छात्रों के लिए शहरी क्षेत्र में 75 प्रतिशत अंक और ग्रामीण में 70 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है। कक्षा स्नातक के प्रथम वर्ष आर्ट्स/कार्मस/साइंस व सभी डिप्लोमा कोर्सिस में पढ़ने वाले को 8 हजार रुपए वार्षिक छात्रवृति, इंजिनियरिंग तथा अन्य तकनीकी एवं व्यवसायिक कोर्सेज के छात्रों को 9 हजार रुपए वार्षिक व मेडिकल तथा अलाईड कोर्सेज के छात्रों को 10 हजार रुपए की राशि वार्षिक छात्रवृति के रूप में प्रदान की जाएगी।

     इसी प्रकार, स्नातक की परीक्षा में शहरी क्षेत्र में 65 प्रतिशत व ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में 60 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है। स्नातकोत्तर कक्षा में पढने वाले प्रथम वर्ष आर्ट, कॉमर्स व साईंस के छात्र को 9 हजार रुपए वार्षिक छात्रवृति, इंजिनियरिंग तथा अन्य तकनीकी व्यवसायिक कोर्सेज के छात्रों को 11 हजार रुपए व मेडिकल व अलाइड कोर्सेज के छात्रों को 12 हजार रुपए की राशि वार्षिक छात्रवृति के रूप में प्रदान की जाएगी।

     डॉ. अंबेडकर मेधावी छात्र योजना के अंतर्गत पिछड़ा वर्ग के छात्रों को भी लाभ देने के लिए शामिल किया गया है। पिछड़ा वर्ग ब्लाक ए के 10वीं कक्षा में उतीर्ण छात्र के लिए शहरी क्षेत्र में 70 प्रतिशत अंक तथा ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में 60 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है। कक्षा 11वीं तथा सभी डिप्लोमा व सर्टिफिकेट कोर्सेज के प्रथम वर्ष में पढ़ने वाले छात्रों को 8 हजार रुपए की वार्षिक छात्रवृति प्रदान की जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि पिछड़ा वर्ग ब्लाक बी तथा अन्य वर्गोें के 10वीं कक्षा में उतीर्ण छात्रों के लिए शहरी क्षेत्र में 80 प्रतिशत अंक तथा ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में 75 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है। कक्षा 11वीं तथा सभी डिप्लोमा एवं सर्टिफिकेट कोर्सेज के प्रथम वर्ष में पढ़ने वाले छात्रों को 8 हजार रुपए की वार्षिक छात्रवृति प्रदान की जाएगी।

पंचकूला, 29 अगस्त- महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव, श्री सुधीर राजपाल की अध्यक्षता में हरियाणा के महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग द्वारा सेक्टर 5 स्थित इंद्रधनुष सभागार में “मिशन शक्ति, मिशन वात्सल्य और मिशन पोषण 2.0 हेतु क्षेत्रीय कार्यकर्ताओं का सुदृढ़ीकरण” शीर्षक पर एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया।   

राज्यभर के महिलाओं और बच्चों की सुरक्षा, संरक्षा और सशक्तिकरण सुनिश्चित करने पर कार्यशाला में ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया। जमीनी स्तर पर प्रत्येक महिला तक पहुँचने में क्षेत्रीय कार्यकर्ताओं की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका को स्वीकार करते हुए, विभाग ने क्षेत्रीय कार्यकर्ताओं के सुदृढ़ीकरण पर केंद्रित एक विशेष कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया। इस कार्यक्रम में विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ-साथ जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी, सीडीपीओ, पर्यवेक्षक और जिला बाल संरक्षण इकाई के  कार्यकर्ता भी शामिल हुए।

श्री सुधीर राजपाल ने बताया कि कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य जिला महिला सशक्तिकरण केंद्र टीमों, वन स्टॉप सेंटर कर्मचारियों, पर्यवेक्षकों और अन्य जमीनी स्तर के हितधारकों सहित अग्रिम पंक्ति के कार्यकर्ताओं की क्षमता, दक्षता और जवाबदेही को बढ़ाने के लिए है। ये कार्यकर्ता मिशन शक्ति, मिशन वात्सल्य और मिशन पोषण 2.0 कार्यक्रम की रीढ़ हैं, जो चुनौतियों का सीधे समाधान करते हैं और उन्हें आवश्यक सरकारी सेवाओं से जोड़ते हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि लक्षित प्रशिक्षण, ज्ञान साझाकरण और संबद्ध विभागों के साथ अभिसरण के माध्यम से, इस कार्यक्रम का ध्यान महिलाओं के लिए कानूनी प्रावधानों, कल्याणकारी योजनाओं और सुरक्षा तंत्रों के बारे में जागरूकता पैदा करने, प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन के लिए क्षेत्रीय कर्मचारियों को उपकरणों से लैस करने, जिला-स्तरीय अधिकारियों, स्थानीय शासन संस्थानों और समुदाय-आधारित संगठनों के बीच समन्वय को मजबूत करने और कमजोर परिस्थितियों में महिलाओं और बच्चों के साथ व्यवहार करते समय जवाबदेही और संवेदनशीलता को बढ़ावा देने पर बल दिया।

अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव ने जिला पदाधिकारियों से बच्चों को यौन अपराधों से बचाने के लिए यौन अपराधों से बच्चों का संरक्षण अधिनियम 2012 का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने की अपील की। उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि जिला स्तर के कर्मचारियों को बाल यौन शोषण से संबंधित घटनाओं की रिपोर्टिंग के बारे में जमीनी स्तर पर जागरूकता फैलाने की आवश्यकता है क्योंकि यह कानून अनिवार्य पर जोर देता है 

उन्होंने सभी जिलों में देखभाल और संरक्षण की आवश्यकता वाले कमजोर बच्चों की पहचान करने में पुलिस विभाग, श्रम विभाग सहित विभिन्न विभागों की भूमिका का भी उल्लेख किया ताकि महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग द्वारा मिशन वात्सल्य के अंतर्गत आने वाली विभिन्न योजनाओं के माध्यम से बच्चों को आवश्यक सहायता प्रदान की जा सके। विभाग द्वारा कार्यान्वित विभिन्न योजनाओं और कानूनों के अंतर्गत सभी प्रमुख पदाधिकारियों को किशोर न्याय (बच्चों की देखभाल और संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 2015 (किशोर न्याय अधिनियम) के प्रावधानों और यौन अपराधों से बच्चों का संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2012 को सख्ती से लागू करने पर बल दिया गया। भारत सरकार के महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी मिशन वात्सल्य दिशानिर्देशों के कार्यान्वयन के लिए जरूरी है।

हरियाणा के महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव ने राज्यभर में कुपोषण को कम करने के लिए निर्देश दिया कि स्तनपान की आवश्यकता वाले शिशुओं का समर्थन करने और बाल स्वास्थ्य को बढ़ावा देने के लिए राज्य में एक मदर मिल्क बैंक स्थापित किया जा सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमें मार्केंट में आ रहे पैकेट बंद दूध को नवजात शिशु को न पिलाने पर विशेषतौर पर फोक्स करना है ताकि ये बच्चे माता का दूध पिकर तंदुरुस्त हो सके। उन्होंने विभाग से माताओं को आगे आने और मदर मिल्क बैंक को स्तन दूध दान करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने की अपील की, नवजात शिशुओं, विशेष रूप से उन शिशुओं के जीवन को बचाने में इसके महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला जो समय से पहले जन्मे या गंभीर रूप से बीमार हैं और अपनी माताओं से दूध प्राप्त करने में असमर्थ हैं।

अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव ने निर्देश दिया कि बच्चों के कल्याण के प्रति विभाग की प्रतिबद्धता पर जोर देते हुए, प्रत्येक अधिकारी और क्षेत्रीय कार्यकर्ता गंभीर तीव्र कुपोषण (एसएएम) से पीड़ित बच्चों को गोद लें और उनकी देखभाल और पोषण पुनर्वास के लिए हर संभव सहायता प्रदान करें। उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि बाल कुपोषण में कमी विभाग की प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए। 

अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव ने सभी हितधारकों से सामूहिक रूप से काम करने का आग्रह किया ताकि यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि कोई भी बच्चा पर्याप्त पोषण से वंचित न रहे, और हरियाणा के बच्चों के स्वस्थ भविष्य के निर्माण के लिए ठोस कदम उठाए जाएँ।

इस अवसर पर स्वास्थ्य एवं सेवाएं महानिदेशक डाॅ कुलदीप सिंह, सीएमओ डाॅ मुक्ता कुमार, महिला बाल विकास की निदेशक मोनिका, संयुक्त निदेशक राजबाला, डाॅ पूनम रमन, उपनिदेशक रचना, मुख्यालय से प्रोग्राम अधिकारी कमलेश राणा सहित स्वास्थ्य व महिला बाल विकास विभाग के डीपीओ व सीडीपीओ मौजूद थे।

पंचकूला,  17 अगस्त - हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा मेरा पानी मेरी विरासत योजना के तहत धान की फसल को वैकल्पिक फसलों जैसे कपास, मक्का, अरहर, मुंग, मोठ, उड़द, सोयाबीन, ग्वार, तिल, अरण्डी, मुंगफली, फल व सब्जियां, खरीफ प्याज,  खरीफ चारा व कृषि वानिकी (सफेदा व पोप्लर) द्वारा विविधिकरण करने के लिए जिला में 1500 एकड का लक्ष्य दिया गया है। 

 कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण विभाग के उपनिदेशक श्री सुरेंद्र यादव ने बताया कि किसान अपने पिछले वर्ष बोये गए धान के क्षेत्र को उपरलिखित वैकल्पिक फसलों में बदल सकता है। वर्ष 2025 से पहले किसान द्वारा पंजीकरण करने के पश्चात मेरी फसल मेरा ब्यौरा पोर्टल पर सत्यापन उपरांत किसान को 7000 रूपये प्रति एकड़ की दर से वित्तिय सहायता प्रदान की जाती थी जोकि इस वितीय वर्ष से 8000 रूपये प्रति एकड़ कर दी गई है और डी0बी0टी0 के तहत किसान के खाते में जमा कर दी जाएगी। 

उन्होंने बताया कि स्कीम के तहत किसान द्वारा पिछले वर्ष बोई गई धान के खेत को खरीफ 2025 में खाली रखने पर भी वित्तिय सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी। उक्त योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए किसान मेरी फसल मेरा ब्यौरा पोर्टल पर अपना पंजीकरण करवा सकते हंै। इसके अतिरिक्त यदि उपरलिखित वैकल्पिक फसलों का न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य भारत सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित किया जाता है तो उक्त फसलों की 100 प्रतिशत खरीद हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर की जाएगी।

उन्होंने जिले के किसानों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि भूमिगत जल के संरक्षण हेतू धान के स्थान पर अन्य वैकल्पिक फसलें बोने के लिए मेरी फसल मेरा ब्यौरा पोर्टल पर अपना पंजीकरण करवाएं व अधिक जानकारी के लिए अपने नजदीकी कृषि/बागवानी कार्यालय से संपर्क कर सकते है।

जिला कष्ट निवारण समिति की बैठक में मंत्री ने सुनी 15 शिकायतें 

पंचकूला, 24 जुलाई- शहरी स्थानीय निकाय, राजस्व एवं आपदा प्रबंधन तथा नागरिक उद्यन मंत्री श्री विपुल गोयल ने कहा कि फिरनी और मुख्य सड़क पर कब्जे नहीं रहने चाहिए यदि कहीं है तो उन्हें तत्काल हटाया जाए। मंत्री श्री विपुल गोयल वीरवार को पंचकूला स्थित पीडब्ल्यूडी रेस्ट हाउस में जिला कष्ट निवारण समिति की अध्यक्षता कर रहे थे। इस दौरान मंत्री ने 15 शिकायतों को सुना। इनमें से मंत्री ने पांच शिकायतों को रद्द कर दिया । एक शिकायतकर्ता की शिकायत का समाधान होने पर उन्होंने मंत्री महोदय का धन्यवाद किया। अन्य मामलों में जल्द से जल्द समाधान करने के आदेश दिए गए।

मंत्री श्री विपुल गोयल ने निशानदेही के एक मामलें में गलत रिपोर्ट बनाने संबंधी शिकायत पर रिपोर्ट बनाने वाले अधिकारी को कारण बताओ नोटिस देने और नोटिस का जवाब आने के आधार पर चार्ज शीट करने के आदेश दिए। गांव अंबका में ट्यूब्वैल संबंधी एक मामले की शिकायत पर मंत्री ने आदेश दिए कि उक्त स्थान पर 15 अगस्त से पहले ट्यूब्वैल लग जाना चाहिए और साथ इस मामले में काम पूरा होने के बाद रिपोर्ट भेजने के आदेश दिए। बुर्जकोटिया से आगे दो किलोमीटर की सड़क झर्झर होने संबंधी शिकायत पर अधिकारियों द्वारा बताया जाने पर मंत्री ने काम जल्द से जल्द पूरा करवाने के निर्देश दिए। इसके साथ ही कच्चे रास्ते की कनैक्टिविटी के संबंध में मंत्री ने कहा कि इस मामले में विधायक श्रीमती शक्ति रानी शर्मा से संपर्क करें ताकि वो समाधान करवा सके। 

गांव अलीपुर और खटौली में 100-100 गज के प्लाट दिए जाने के संबंध में आई शिकायत पर मंत्री ने संबंधित विभागों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर यह काम जल्द से जल्द निपटाने के आदेश दिए और कहा कि लाभार्थियों को उनके प्लाट जल्द से जल्द दिए जाएं ताकि वे अपना आशियाना बना सके। गांव दबकौरी में कब्जे संबंधी शिकायत पर मंत्री ने आदेश दिए कि जांच कराकर जल्द से जल्द कब्जा हटवाए, यदि कब्जे करके निर्माण किया हुआ है तो उसे ध्वस्त करें। उन्होंने कहा कि फिरनी व मुख्य सड़क पर कब्जे नहीं होने चाहिए। 

वाहनों में अतिक्रमण संबंधी शिकायत के मामलें में निगमायुक्त और अन्य अधिकारियों को मौके पर जाकर मुआयना करने व समाधान निकालने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि पानी का बहाव गांव की ओर नहीं होना चाहिए। इस मामले में उन्होंने कहा कि जहां पर और डंगा लगवाए जाने की आवश्यकता है, इसके लिए निगम की ओर से बजट उपलब्ध करवा दिया जाएगा। 

जमीन खरीदने संबंधी एक मामले में मंत्री ने आदेश दिए कि शिकायतकर्ता की राशि की रिकवरी जल्द से जल्द कराई जाए। एक शिकायतकर्ता की समस्या का समाधान होने पर उन्होंने मंत्री श्री विपुल गोयल का विशेष रूप से आभार व्यक्त किया। यह शिकायत सेक्टर-17 पंचकूला से संबंधित थी। 

मंत्री श्री विपुल गोयल ने अधिकारियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि कष्ट निवारण समिति की बैठक लोगों की शिकायतों का समाधान करने के लिए की जाती हैं। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को कहा कि शिकायतों का गंभीरता से अध्ययन करके उनका समाधान करें ताकि लोगों को सुविधा हो। 

इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त मोनिका गुप्ता ने कहा कि माननीय मंत्री जी का आह्वान आदेश के रूप में लें और सभी अधिकारी अपने कत्र्तव्य का निर्वहन करें। उन्होंने मंत्री को आश्वासन दिलाया कि लोगों की शिकायतों का प्राथमिकता के आधार पर समाधान किया जाता है और आगे भी किया जाता रहेगा। 

इस अवसर पर कालका की विधायक शक्ति रानी शर्मा, पंचकूला के महापौर कुलभूषण गोयल, भाजपा जिलाध्यक्ष अजय मित्तल, नगर निगम कमीशनर आर के सिंह, पुलिस कमीशनर शिवास कविराज, अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त निशा यादव, डीसीपी सृष्टि गुप्ता, एसडीएम चंद्रकांत कटारिया, एसडीएम संयम गर्ग, नगर परिषद चेयरमैन कृष्ण लांबा आदि मुख्य रूप से मौजूद रहे।

पंचकूला, 15 जुलाई- उपायुक्त मोनिका गुप्ता के मार्गदर्शन में सहायक भूमि संरक्षण अधिकारी डाॅ0 राहुल बडकोदिया  नाॅडल अधिकारी ने सरकार की शिक्षा नीति के तहत गवर्नमेंट पी.जी. काॅलेज, सैक्टर-1 तथा कालका के एम.एस.सी. (वनस्पति विज्ञान व भूगोल विज्ञान) के कुल 24 विद्यार्थियों को प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। 

इस दौरान विद्यार्थियों को भूमि व जल संरक्षण के कार्यों जैसे सब सरफेस डैम, सिंचाई टैंक, सिल्ट डिटेन्शन डैम, डाॅप स्ट्रक्चर, सिंचाई कूल, क्रेट वायर स्ट्रक्चर, रिटेनिंग वाॅल आदि को कार्यों के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी दी। इसके साथ-साथ अन्य गतिविधियां जैसे वर्मीकम्पोस्ट, सीरिकल्चर, मत्सय पालन, मशरूम की खेती, मुर्गीपालन फार्म स्थानों पर विद्यार्थियांे को प्रैक्टिकल तौर पर विज़िट करवाया गया तथा कीटनाशक व उरर्वकों की जानकारी हेतू कालका व बरवाला ,खाद व बीज भण्डार की दुकानों पर पैं्रक्टिकल तौर पर जानकारी दी गई। इसी अंतराल में विद्यार्थियों को मिट्टी के विभिन्न मापदण्डों जैसे EC, pH, Organic Carbon, Phosphorus, Potash, Zn, Ca, Mg, Sulphur, Molybdenum  आदि का परीक्षण करवाया गया। 

प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण होेने के बाद कृषि विभाग के उप निदेशक सुरेंद्र यादव ने विद्यार्थियों को सर्टीफिकेट वितरण किया जिसमें मण्डल भूमि सरंक्षण अधिकारी, पंचकूला, प्रोफ़ेसर डाॅ0 नीरज, डाॅ0 विनय व डाॅ0 प्रियंका ने भी विद्यार्थियों को प्रशिक्षण प्रमाण पत्र देकर उज्जवल भविष्य की कामना की गई।

 इस मौके पर विभाग के कर्मचारियों सौरभ यादव, दिलबाग सिंह, जे0एस0ए0, सुनील कुमार, अरूण, पुष्पा के साथ विद्यार्थी गौरव, निशा भण्डारी, आरती यादव, पूजा देवी, अक्षित ठाकुर व अन्य सभी विद्यार्थी उपस्थिति रहे।

​Every year on 15th June, World Elder Abuse Awareness Day is observed globally to raise awareness about the mistreatment, neglect, and abuse faced by older persons. This day serves as a crucial reminder of the need to protect the dignity, safety, and rights of our senior citizens.

​The elderly are the pillars of our society, holding a wealth of experience, wisdom, and love. Unfortunately, many of them face abuse in various forms – physical, emotional, financial, or through neglect – often within their own homes or communities. Such acts not only violate their rights but also strip them of the respect they deserve.

​Under the able guidance of the Executive Chairman, State Legal Services Authority, U.T. Chandigarh ‘World Elder Abuse Awareness Day’ was observed on 15.06.2025 in Old Age Home, Sector-15, Chandigarh.

​This year’s theme focuses on “Spotlight on Older Persons in emergencies”, emphasizing the vulnerabilities of older people during crises and the urgent need for inclusive policies, support systems, and legal protections.

​On this occasion, Ms. Sampreet Kaur, Member Secretary, SLSA, Chandigarh told the gathering about the services/working of the State Legal Services Authority, Chandigarh along with the NALSA (Senior Citizen) Scheme, 2016. They were also told about the National Helpline Toll Free No.15100 and NALSA app.

​Sh. Ishan Dogra, Panel Advocate of this Authority addressed the audience and sensitized them about the Maintenance and Welfare of Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

​The programme ended with the question-answers session with the audience and with the main aim to:

• Educate the public about elder abuse and its signs,

• Encourage reporting of abuse and access to support systems,

• Promote respect, empathy, and care for older persons, and

• Reinforce the importance of implementing the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

योग दिवस के उपलक्ष्य पर यवनिका पार्क में वॉकथान का आयोजन 

पंचकूला 15 जून।

अंतराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में, राष्ट्रीय आयुर्वेद संस्थान, पंचकूला, द्वारा सेक्टर 05, पंचकूला के यवनिका पार्क में वॉकथान का आयोजन किया गया। 

यह वॉकथान सुबह 6:00 बजे से 8:00 बजे तक आयोजित किया गया। 

कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि एसडीएम चंद्रकांत कटारिया ने योग को दिनचर्या का हिस्सा बनाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। संस्थान के कुलपति प्रोफेसर संजीव शर्मा ने यौगिक दिनचर्या को अपनाने के बारे में बात की।  जिन्होंने नियमित रूप से योगाभ्यास के महत्व पर जोर दिया ओर योग से तनाव मुक्त जीवन जीने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। मुख्य अतिथि ने झंडी दिखाकर वॉकथान का शुभारंभ किया एवं  इस कार्यक्रम मे संस्थान के अधिकारी, कर्मचारियों, ओर विद्यार्थियों सहित लगभग 350 प्रतिभागियों ने भाग लिया। 

वॉकथान के इस कार्यक्रम से समाज को योग एवं आयुर्वेद के बारे में जगरूक कर स्वस्थ एवं तनाव मुक्त जीवन जीने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया गया।

उपायुक्त मोनिका गुप्ता के निर्देशानुसार अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस की तैयारी के दृष्टिगत सेक्टर 5 स्थित परेड ग्राउंड में 16 जून से 18 जून तक आयुष विभाग द्वारा योग प्रोटोकॉल रिहर्सल कराई जाएगी।  यह अभ्यास सुबह 6:00 बजे से 7:30 बजे तक आयोजित किया जाएगा।

यह अभ्यास विशेष रूप से जिला में निवास करने वाले मंत्रियों, विधायकों, निर्वाचित सदस्यों (नगर निगम पार्षद, जिला परिषद के सदस्यों, ब्लॉक समिति सदस्य और अन्य निर्वाचित प्रतिनिधि), सरकारी अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के लिए है। इस प्रोटोकॉल अभ्यास में आमजन भी भाग ले सकता है।  

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि जीवनशैली विकारों को रोकने और तनाव प्रबंधन में योग अभ्यास के महत्व पर जोर दिया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि योग न केवल शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है, बल्कि यह मानसिक स्वास्थ्य और तनाव प्रबंधन में भी सहायक है। उन्होंने सभी से नियमित योगाभ्यास करने का आग्रह किया और कहा कि इससे हम अपने जीवन को स्वस्थ और संतुलित बना सकते हैं। आयुष विभाग द्वारा आयोजित इस श्रृंखला का उद्देश्य लोगों को योग के महत्व और इसके स्वास्थ्य लाभों के प्रति जागरूक करना है।

यह प्रशिक्षण आयुष विभाग के योग विशेषज्ञों व आयुष योग सहायकों, योग समितियों के योग शिक्षकों तथा खेल विभाग के योग प्रशिक्षकों द्वारा दिया जाएगा। "

पंचकूला, 15 जून            श्री माता मनसा देवी श्राइन बोर्ड की मुख्य प्रशासक एवं उपायुक्त मोनिका गुप्ता ने बताया कि श्री माता मनसा देवी पूजास्थल बोर्ड के मंदिरों में चोला अर्पित करने की  ऑनलाइन बुकिंग प्रक्रिया  शुरू हो गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि 16 जून से 5 जुलाई के दौरान चोला अर्पित करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी।

उन्होंने बताया कि श्री माता मनसा देवी पूजास्थल बोर्ड के श्री माता मनसा देवी मुख्य मंदिर, पटियाला मन्दिर व सती मंदिर पंचकूला, श्री काली माता मंदिर कालका व श्री चण्डीमाता मंदिर, चण्डी मंदिर में देवी को चोला अर्पित करने के लिये ऑनलाईन बुकिंग प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से माता को दिनांक 16 जून से 5 जुलाई की अवधि के दौरान चोला अर्पित करने के लिये ऑनलाइन बुकिंग 11 जून प्रातः 10 बजे से “पहले आओ पहले पाओ“ के आधार पर शुरू कर दी है।  

उन्होंने बताया कि सभी इच्छुक श्रद्धालु लाभ उठाने के लिए पूजास्थल बोर्ड की वैबसाईट www.mansadevi.org.in  पर रजिस्ट्रेशन कर प्रक्रिया में सम्मिलित हो सकते है। इस वैबसाईट के होम पेज पर ही ऑनलाइन चोला बुकिंग लिंक पर जा कर सीधा चोला बुक किया जा सकता है।
